PLACING AN ORDER

ORDERING

We source our flowers early in the morning and fresh from our suppliers on a regular basis. To ensure a high level of quality and freshness, all orders must be placed 1 day in advance and confirmed by email.

DELIVERY

Don de L’Amour delivers throughout Sydney Metropolitan for a flat rate of $30. If you are unsure about which areas we deliver to, please send us a message. Let us know your preferred delivery day (Monday through Saturday, we are closed Sundays). Next day delivery is $40.

All our delivered bouquets and boxes are prepared with care throughout the transportation process.

Please ensure that the delivery address and recipient phone number are correct, as we will be as Don de L’Amour will not be held responsible if you have incorrectly provided these details.

Once you receive our flowers, please re-cut the stems and hydrate them in a vase with fresh water immediately.

ORDERING

Our live Christmas tree deliveries are dispatched daily from 1st December according to areas within the Sydney Metropolitan.

You have the option to enter a preferred delivery date upon check-out, however this does not mean we will deliver on that date.

Once your order is placed, we will notify you your expected delivery date.

DELIVERY

Don de L’Amour delivers throughout Sydney Metropolitan for a flat rate of $30. If you are unsure about which areas we deliver to, please send us a message. When you purchase your tree online, you can specify your preferred delivery day (Monday through Saturday, we are closed Sundays). Next day delivery is $40. In the check-out page, there is a space for you to place your delivery instructions, in order to save time, please provide as much information is required eg. Side entrance, Code #, safe to leave against door.

After a Christmas tree order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email followed by an email with a confirmed delivery date.

Please ensure that the delivery address and recipient phone number are correct, as we will be as Don de L’Amour will not be held responsible if you have incorrectly provided these details.

We do not deliver up stairs, the furthest we can take your tree is to your front door on the ground floor, so please make sure there is someone home to sign for the tree when we make the delivery.

In any case if you cannot be home for the expected delivery date, please send us an email with further delivery instructions or reply to our email with ‘authority to leave’ which will give us permission to drop your tree off to your specified delivery address even if you are absent.

Once you receive your tree, please give your tree a fresh cut by sawing a couple inches off the tree stump and place your tree into fresh water immediately.

PERSONAL MESSAGE

We offer you the possibility to include a personal message with your order. A space is provided for this.

Your message will be printed on a Don de L’amour card, placed in an envelope, and included with your order.

When sending a gift, we recommend that you include a personalised message as there will be no invoice or other document indicating your name included in the order package.

If you decide to leave the personalised message section blank, then the sender will be anonymous.

ONLINE PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Orders online via our SHOP can be processed via Paypal or Credit card. Special orders with a billed invoice can be paid via credit card or wired bank transfer.

Cash is not accepted and it is not possible to pay for orders at the time of pick-up or delivery.
